Legionnaires host Memorial Day program Monday

At 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 27, the Albert E. Hoschler American Legion Post No. 186 will hold its annual Memorial Day Program in the Akron City Park.

If it is raining, the program will be held at the Legion Hall at Fourth & Reed Streets.

Citizens of the community are invited to attend as a demonstration of honor and respect to honor all of the military personnel who gave their lives in the service of our country and also to honor all deceased veterans of the area who served their country during wartime and peace time so that all people of our great nation could live in freedom.
