Local Pioneer dealership sold to Akron brothers

Come July 1, Bob Brown, of Akron, will have a new title for the first time in 44 years.

Instead of being just the boss of Brown’s Supply LLC, he will also be an employee of Big Sioux Seed LLC.

Last week, he announced he had sold his Pioneer Hybrid Agency to Nathan and Michael Harris, sons of Lisa and Jon Harris of Akron. They will own and operate that part of the Brown’s under the new name of Big Sioux Seed LLC.
