Whether you own 1 acre or 1,000 acres, actions you take on your land can have an important impact on wildlife that rely on our privately own lands to thrive.

ISU Extension and Outreach Plymouth County will be holding an informational meeting on how to manage your property for wildlife on Thursday, March 23rd, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Le Mars.

Adam Janke, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Wildlife Specialist, will be conducting the meeting. He will discuss the key principles and practices that every landowner can do to make the most of available wildlife habitats on all lands from the backyard to the back forty. Adam will also touch on any wildlife questions.

The meeting is free and open to the public. For more information and to pre-register, which is highly recommended by March 22nd, contact ISU Extension and Outreach Plymouth County at 712-546-7835 or email xplymouth@iastate.edu .
