Carl Griffen AKA “Purple Llama” was born July 18, 1999, in Brainerd, MN, to Carrie and Troy. He has three siblings: Paige, Trina, and Kelsey.

Carl’s favorite childhood memory is when his mom got him a birthday cake shaped as a teddy bear and he started crying instantly.

Carl’s most memorable moment is when he was in 7th grade. During a basketball game he did a layup and got pushed down and fractured his wrist.

If Carl could relive one moment in his life it would be when his dad and step-mom got married.

Carl is currently employed at Subway in Elk Point, SD. Being the highest paid worker at Subway is Carl’s greatest achievement.

Carl’s favorite pastimes are reading, writing, and video games. If he had to choose a favorite sport it would be chess.

His favorite movie would be “It” but it has to be the original one. When Carl jams out to music he listens to Eminem and Lincoln Park.

His favorite saying is “wubblwabbadubdub” from the show Rick and Morty.

If Carl had to pick his favorite thing about school it would be lunch.

His favorite thing about being a senior is eating lunch first.

Carl’s favorite class is gym because he loves playing games.

Carl’s favorite excuse for not turning in homework on time is “I forgot.”

Carl’s goals after high school are to “get money, become a graphic designer, and travel the world.”

If Carl could give any advice to underclassmen it would be to not mess around.

Carl’s biggest regret was not keeping up with his grades.
