Cheridan Wenzel was born July 16, 2000, at St. Lukes’s Hospital in Sioux City, Iowa. Cheridan’s birth parents are Erica and Shane Wenzel and her step dad is Allen Witt. Her Siblings are Logan Wenzel and Rose Witt.

Cheridan’s high school activities include her favorite sport of volleyball, large group speech and jazz choir.

She likes to spend her free time with friends, watch Netflix, and sleep. Her favorite movie is “White House Down”.

She likes too many musicians to list. Her favorite saying is “You know what I’m saying?”

Cheridan’s best memory was when her kitty showed up at her family’s farmhouse.

When she was younger she wanted to be a veterinarian.

Her most memorable moment was when she participated in Iowa Youth Institute: World Food Prize at Iowa State University and getting to have lunch with Iowa Representative David Young.

Cheridan’s most embarrassing moment in life was when she got her tongue stuck to a metal slide at the Pierson Community Park.

She is currently employed at Building Blocks Daycare in Le Mars.

Cheridan’s goals after high school are to go to SDSU and major in pharmacy and eventually own her own pharmacy.

Her favorite thing about high school is spending time with friends.

The advice she wants to give to underclassmen is that classes are important but have fun and don’t only worry about grades.

Her mom is the person that inspired her the most. “She is always there for me and sets a great example for me as a great mother and an independent woman!”

A moment in her life that she would love to relive is State AAU Volleyball in her 7th grade year.

Cheridan’s greatest achievement was being a chairman for Adopt-A-Family and coming up with all the fundraising ideas “We raised over $400.”

Her favorite excuse for not turning homework in on time is, “I didn’t hear the teacher assign it.” Her excuse for being late was “My mom moved my keys so I couldn’t find them.”

Cheridan’s biggest regret about high school is not living for herself and trying to make everyone else happy.

Her favorite class was First Responder because, “I enjoy the curriculum and it is a very hands on class.
