Suspicious man arrested in rural Plymouth County

According to a Plymouth County sheriff’s report, on April 15, the Plymouth County Communications Center received a 911 call from a caller reporting a suspicious man knocking on the door and looking in the windows of his residence located on West Loop Road in rural Plymouth County.

Deputies responded to West Loop Road and located a man identified as Jack Frances Rielly, age 56 of Sioux City, walking on West Loop Road.

During the investigation, deputies located a prescription pill bottle, with the label removed, in the property of Rielly. The bottle contained prescription capsules in it. The capsules were identified as a non-scheduled prescription.

Rielly was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a prescription drug. Rielly was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
