Mid-Sioux Opportunity is once again needing help to fill their shelves at the Akron office. Dr. Bradley Britton is helping Mid-Sioux and the community by performing his 9th Annual Food Drive. This community service provided by Dr. Britton has been instrumental in the success for Mid-Sioux Opportunity. As a matter of fact, Dr. Britton accepted the “Outstanding Partnership” award from Mid-Sioux on May, 2008 for his role in helping the communities around Akron and Mid-Sioux Opportunity.

“We are once again offering our services to the community to help bring in things of need – non-perishable food items, toiletries and other products people need for normal day-to-day living.

“Both of our facilities: Britton Chiropractic & Rehab Clinic and Express Fitness & Health Club are giving. In the chiropractic clinic we have two separate offers: 1) New Patients to the office, whether to treat pain or simply to get ‘checked out’, will receive their first day services for only $40 (ending November 16, 2012); 2) Existing Patients, those who have been evaluated before in the office, will get a check-up and chiropractic adjustment for ONLY $20 (on November 8 only – by appointment).

“Our 24 hour access fitness center is waiving the one-time enrollment fee of $79 for single and $149 for family memberships through November 16 in exchange for a $20 donation.

“We know that people need our services, both chiropractic and fitness, and this is a great way to help people get what they need without the extra expense,” explains Dr. Britton. “We will give 100 percent of all the proceeds to Mid-Sioux Opportunity.”

Dr. Britton is asking for help to make this a special year for our families in need. Plan now to participate and share in this giving time of the year. “Last year we raised about $2,000 worth of items, this year we are looking to exceed those amazing results to benefit Mid-Sioux Opportunity, but we need your help.”

To schedule an appointment, simply call Dr. Britton or one of his staff at Britton Chiropractic & Rehab Clinic at 712-568-2304 or stop at 351 Highway 12 – Akron, IA 51001. For Express Fitness & Health Club details, you may also call 712-568-2304.

If you choose not to take advantage of the specials, feel free to donate anyway. Your funds will be directed straight to Mid-Sioux Opportunity.

Dr. Britton requests that all donations be in by November 16 so the food/items can be distributed by Thanksgiving Day.
