The Akron Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Halloween Parade down Reed Street began at 5:30 p.m., Halloween night. Parade entries were one of the largest groups the Chamber has had. Chamber Member Denise Loutsch-Beitelspacher estimated 325 people. The mild temperatures in the 60s and little wind brought many out to trick-or-treat.
