After many weeks of hard work, the AW theater department debuted their fall production, Legally Blonde: The Musical to grades nine through twelve last Thursday, November 8 and to the public the following night at 7:30 pm.

Excited to show off their hard work to their peers, cast member Michael Siebens had this to say about the performance the cast gave for the high school, “It was harder than the ther performances because they didn’t laugh as much, but it was still a lot of fun.”

Play director Mrs. Val Philips opened Friday night’s performance by recognizing the hardwork of the ten seniors involved in the play before the red curtains opened.

Despite the dismal weather conditions outside Saturday night, the show went on with the cast putting on their third and final performance.

The cast would like to thank all of those who attended the play, as well as give a special thanks to play directors Mrs. Val Philips, Mr. Ryan Schuknecht, as well as orchestra members Kathy Johnson, Pam Von Hagel, and Tim Philips.
