Opening Christmas gifts

At the Dec. 19 Caring Hearts Party at the Akron Care Center, Administrator Brandon Verros (l) assists resident Bill Meinen with opening a gift. In addition to a visit from Santa and refreshments served by the Care Center Auxiliary, the Akron-Westfield Jazz Choir sang Christmas carols.
