A-W’s ‘d’ limits another top scorer but EP-J still wins

Akron-Westfield girls’ basketball team saw an improved effort on the defensive end against another top area player when Elk Point-Jefferson came to A-W on Jan. 22.
The Huskies had too much firepower and won the non-conference game, 44-23.
