McManaman’s season by the numbers

Recent good game contributions from West Sioux alum Bobbi McManaman of Hawarden for Morningside College’s women’s basketball team include:

Dec. 1: in an 80-76 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) loss to No. 1 ranked Concordia University, McManaman scored nine points.

Dec. 8: McManaman scored six points in a 69-48 Morningside win over Doane College in a GPAC game.

Dec. 12: McManaman scored 18 points, a season high and tied a career high, on seven of 10 all field goal shooting, four of six three-point shooting, in a 64-62 win over Dordt College.

Dec. 15: McManaman scored 8 points in a 77-53 GPAC win for Morningside over Midland University.

Dec. 18: McManaman scored 12 points in a 76-65 loss against Saint Xavier University at the Cruzin’ Classic at Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Dec. 19: McManaman scored seven points in an 80-69 win against St. Thomas at the Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. tournament.

Dec. 28: McManaman scored 15 points on five for nine shooting from three-point range in Morningside’s 73-54 win over Friends University at the Morningside Holiday Classic tournament. She made all five of her three-point baskets in the first half. Morningside’s record was 13-2 overall.

Jan. 16: McManaman scores six points in a 63-60 Morningside win against Northwestern College in a GPAC showdown.

Jan. 19: McManaman scores nine points on three-for-eight attempts from three-point range and has two assists in Morningside’s 78-71 win against Doane College.

Jan. 26: McManaman scores nine points in a 68-65 win at Midland.
