Spencer Frankl, son of James and Amy Frankl, was born June 26, 1994, in Sioux City.
Spencer has two brothers, his older brother Alex and his younger brother Reagan.
Spencer is sometimes called “Spanky”, “Spankles”, or “Steve” by his family and friends.
“Spanky’s” favorite sport is football; his favorite movie is Good Will Hunting; his favorite musicians is The Fray; and his favorite saying is, “Ya’ll don’t say that!”
When “Spankles” was younger, he imagined himself as an architect.
“Steve’s” most memorable moment was exploring the Big Sioux River with Daniel Dirks and Cole Oltmanns.
Spencer’s favorite pastimes are fishing, hunting, and cruising on his motorcycle.
The person who has inspired Spencer the most is his Grandpa Mike.
Spencer is currently eployed at Gable Family Farms.
“Spanky’s” favorite childhood memory is going to Table Rock Lake in Branson with his family.
While in high school, “Spankles” has been involved in sports, theatre, and choirs.
“Steve’s” most embarassing moment was tying his dad’s shoes together during church. His dad tripped when he was going to get communion.
“Spanky’s” greatest achievement is his senior football season.
If “Spankles” could give any advice to underclassmen, it would be, “Get involved; high school goes by fast.”
If Spencer could relive one moment of his life it would be fishing in the Gulf of Mexico when he went to Florida.
What “Steve” likes most about high school are the opportunities and the friendly environment.
“Spanky’s” biggest regret about high school is only taking one semester of Spanish.
“Spankles” favorite excuse for not turning his homework in on time is, “You (the teacher) shouldn’t have assigned so many problems.” And his favorite excuse for not turning in his homework in on time is, “The school lunch didn’t sit well.”
While in high school, “Steve’s” favorite class has been Economics with Mr. Kent Johnson because it’s with Mr. Kent Johnson.
After high school, Spencer plans to attend the University of South Dakota to get a four-year business degree.
