On Sunday evening, not one of the Westfield incumbents had taken out their paperwork.

However, Mayor Bill Hummel and Councilors Don Dion and Jenny Hartman-Mendoza are seeking another term. It will be Mendoza’s first election as she was appointed earlier this year to fulfill the term of Councilor Jim Ulatowski who resigned.

Incumbent Tami Hummel is not seeking to keep her seat on the council.

Nomination paperwork can be picked up from City Clerk Angela Olson at the Westfield City Hall or from the Plymouth County Auditor’s Office. Completed paperwork must be filed with Olson or turned into the Plymouth County Auditor’s Office by 5 p.m., Sept. 19.

City elections are Tuesday, Nov. 5.
