Minutes of the Monthly Board Meeting

5:15 p.m.

The Akron Care Center Board met Tuesday March 19, at 5:15 p.m. at the Akron Care Center.

In attendance were Jeff Morehead, Diane Von Hagel, Angela Auchstetter, Carrie Wilken, Gary Tucker, Toria Steffen, and Jessica Pick.

President Jeff Morehead called the meeting to order at 5:15.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Akron, in Plymouth County, Iowa, will meet at 220 Reed Street in said City, on the 16th day of April 2024, 7:00 P.M., at which time and place a hearing will be held on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the WWTF Improvements – UV Disinfection project in said City.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Akron, in Plymouth County, Iowa, will meet at 220 Reed Street in said City, on the 16th day of April 2024, 7:00 P.M., at which time and place a hearing will be held on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 10th Street and Hardy Street Improvements in said City.

Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Water Main and Concrete Paving Improvements to extend Hardy Street and 10th Street.

NOTICE OF LETTING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 10TH STREET AND HARDY STREET IMPROVEMENTS INCIDENTAL THERETO, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF AKRON, AND TAKING OF BIDS FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION.
