Akron-Westfield senior Carter Wilken signed a letter of intent April 17 to play golf at Dordt University in Sioux Center, IA. He will be on the men’s varsity golf team.

After Laytin Koch’s career on the Akron-Westfield basketball team ended with a tough loss, he had one last shot to get back on the court.

Legion baseball record stands at 8-2

As of April 16 the Akron Legion baseball team has a record of 8-2 with the next game scheduled for April 20 against Kingsley.
