The Helping Hearts Club gathered at the home of Deb McPherson Dec. 11 for their annual Christmas party. A gift grab bag exchange containing either a Christmas ornament or Christmas decoration was held along with items donated by club members for a member who is in the nursing home. Immanuel Lutheran Church’s noisy offering now has a total of $746.38 for Operation Christmas Child to pay shipping for their Christmas shoebox gifts. Sixty-eight boxes were delivered to the collection point on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

Immanuel Lutheran Church’s 3rd and Main Youth Group purchased and wrapped Christmas gifts for the family they adopted through Mid-Sioux Opportunity.
